The Košice fairy-tale post office donated the proceeds from the sale of the Mayor´s punch

The city handed over the money from the collection of the sale of the Mayor's Christmas punch to those who really need it. The role of the heralds of good news was taken over by the Mayor of the City of Košice, Jaroslav Polaček (independent) and the Vice Mayors Lucia Gurbáľová (KDH-Christian Democratic Movement) and Marcel Gibóda (independent) on Sunday, 26th January 2020 during the concert “Košice Fairy Tale Post Office” taking place in the Historical Town Hall. The proceeds from the Mayor's punch amounted to more than EUR 20,000 and the money was divided equally among four institutions which are dedicated to helping others.
