Elizabeth Street leading westwards from the Cathedral is home to many shops, various offices, travel agencies, and two art galleries: the Vojtech Löffler Gallery named after the leading Košice sculptor, and the annexe of the East Slovakian Gallery of Julius Jakoby. In 1997 the underground mains network was extensively relaid and the street was repaired. |  |
